- Provides advice and guidance to the President and Vice-President about regional employer-employee matters, regional needs and perspectives related to the bylaws of the Local, and clauses in the collective agreement.
- Works closely with the President, Vice-President and Chief Steward in ensuring and facilitating timely communications and follow up with employees in the regions on matters concerning all committees of the Local.
